CloserHire is recruiting Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an online booking project. You will handle inquiries, assist with bookings and travel services, and provide high-quality service to customers worldwide from a remote setup in Portugal.

Candidates should be native or fluent Portuguese with strong English, customer-service experience, and excellent communication. The role offers 14 salaries per year, health cover from day one, paid training, and a fully remote work

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Portuguese
• Good English skills
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• Experience in travel/online bookings preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via inbound/outbound calls and online channels
• Assist customers with bookings, accommodations, and travel services
• Resolve routine issues in a professional and timely manner
• Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide accurate information and guidance throughout the booking process
• Maintain clear documentation of interactions in internal systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
