Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Head of Customer Success for its B2B loyalty and partner platform. This fully remote role in Portugal leads onboarding, lifecycle management, and data-driven optimization, to maximize customer value and retention across a global partner network.

The ideal candidate will drive scalable CS processes, leverage AI-powered workflows, and collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

Qualifications

Fluency in German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in customer success, account management, or partner onboarding in B2B SaaS or loyalty/payments sectors.
Experience with AI tools to design workflows, automate tasks, and optimize processes.

Responsibilities

Own onboarding from setup through launch and ongoing success management.
Guide partners through launch checklists including integration, balance top-ups, platform listings, and reviews.
Manage relationships with active customers and maximize value of loyalty partnerships.
Collaborate with sales to align CS strategies and support growth.
Improve campaign visibility and performance across partner channels.
