Jobgether is seeking a Customer Success Manager (Individual Contributor) based in Portugal to guide customers through complex product journeys in a fully remote setting. You will own onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing support, partnering with design, production, and sourcing teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

You will manage SMB and mid-market accounts, monitor health metrics, identify risks, and explore opportunities for expansion while maintaining a customer-first approach

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success or related roles.
• Experience managing relationships in e-commerce, manufacturing, tech, or custom production environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Excellent project coordination with multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Proactive problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness for growth and upselling opportunities.
• Experience using CRM platforms to manage accounts and track activities.
• Ability to work remotely with strong ownership and accountability.

Responsabilités

• Own the post-sales customer journey from onboarding to ongoing support.
• Guide customers through complex workflows and align needs with internal capabilities.
• Coordinate between customers, design teams, and production or sourcing partners.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues to protect timelines.
• Provide consultative support during product development with guidance on specs and feedback.
• Manage a portfolio of SMB and mid-market accounts and track milestones.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and new solutions.
• Collect feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes.
• Maintain strong relationships through proactive engagement and clear communication.
