Ignite. is expanding its diabetes care support team and seeks a German-speaking Customer Advisor to work remotely from Portugal, serving patients across Europe. You will bridge patients, medical technology, and support, ensuring top‑notch service from a home office.

The role requires German at C1/native level and English at B2, with mandatory Portugal residency. Full-time, remote, 14x annual pay with additional daily meal benefits.

Qualificações

• Professional fluency in German (C1/native) and English (B2).
• Geographical requirement: Portugal residency and presence.
• Experience in digital customer support environments and handling medical tech would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver professional guidance to clients navigating diabetes care technology and devices.
• Process inbound inquiries, perform technical troubleshooting for medical devices, and maintain customer accounts.
• Adhere to privacy laws and internal quality metrics.
• Participate in coaching sessions to improve service quality and patient satisfaction.
