Ignite. is hiring a German-speaking Customer Advisor for a fully remote role based in Portugal. You will support patients, caregivers, and professionals with diabetes care products, stations, and software, while maintaining strict data privacy.

The job requires residency in Portugal and fluent German with a B2 level of English for internal training. Base earnings start at EUR 1,100 gross per month, paid 14 times per year, plus a net daily meal benefit.

Qualificações

• Native or professional fluent German (written and spoken).
• Minimum B2-level English for internal training and communication.
• Residence and work authorization in Portugal for remote employment.
• Comfort with multiple CRM systems and data handling.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound inquiries via voice, email, and chat for diabetes care products.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for medical devices/software.
• Maintain accurate customer records and process reorders with GDPR compliance.
• Collaborate with QA, shift supervisors, and medical coordinators to improve service metrics.
• Communicate empathetically in sensitive health-related conversations.
