Ignite is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor to join a remote Portugal team. You’ll handle patient and customer support for diabetes care devices, guiding setup, troubleshooting, and service requests. The role requires fluency in Dutch and at least B2 English, with a 14-pay schedule and fully provided equipment.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Dutch (written and spoken).
• English at least B2 level for internal communication and training.
• Comfortable navigating multiple software systems and CRM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate patient and customer support for diabetes care devices and services via calls, email, and chat.
• Guide users through product setup and troubleshoot technical issues with hardware and software.
• Update customer profiles, manage re-order queries, and process service requests with compliant records.
• Collaborate with team leaders, QA specialists, and healthcare coordinators to ensure standards and regulatory compliance.
• Handle sensitive health inquiries with discretion and empathy.
