Ignite is seeking a fluent German-speaking Customer Advisor to join a fully remote team in Portugal, supporting patients with diabetes care devices and related healthcare services.

You will handle inbound calls, emails, and chats, guide users through product setup, and manage customer profiles while collaborating with healthcare coordinators. Equipment is provided and the role operates on 24/7 rotative shifts.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent German (written and spoken) with at least B2-level English for internal communication, systems navigation, and training.
• Outstanding communication abilities and active listening skills for patient support.
• Comfortable navigating multiple software systems, CRM tools, and remote communication platforms.
• Ability to work remotely from Portugal with a quiet, distraction-free workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient and customer support for diabetes care devices, supplies, and related services via inbound channels (calls, emails, chat).
• Guide users through product setup and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Update customer profiles, manage re-order queries, and process service requests with compliant record-keeping.
• Collaborate with team leaders, QA specialists, and healthcare coordinators to ensure service delivery standards.
• Handle health-related inquiries with discretion, empathy, and professionalism.
