CloserHire is recruiting for a German-speaking Customer Support Advisor to work remotely from Portugal, assisting customers with diabetes medical devices across Europe. You will handle calls, emails, chats and SMS, ensuring accurate order management and high-quality support.

Requirements include fluent German (C1+) and English (C1+), plus the ability to support several European markets. Prior experience in customer service or healthcare is a plus, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1+) and strong English (C1+) required.
• Experience in customer service, healthcare, or technical support is a plus.
• Able to support multiple European markets simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer care and technical assistance for diabetes medical devices via calls, email, chat and SMS.
• Manage order intake, renewals and related documentation in line with procedures.
• Troubleshoot devices and provide technical support for medical devices and accessories.
• Follow scripts and procedures to ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
• Support customers across multiple European markets while working remotely.
