Job summary

Europe Language Jobs is seeking a Customer & Technical Support Specialist for our Porto, Portugal (On-Site) team. You will deliver technical support for medical diabetes devices, manage orders, and assist customers via calls, email, chat, and SMS in multiple European markets.

Fluency in German and English (C1) and strong customer service skills are required, with empathy and active listening to resolve issues and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English at C1 level.
• Ability to handle multiple markets simultaneously.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Solid problem-solving, prioritization and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for medical diabetes devices, consumables and accessories.
• Manage order intake and renewals in compliance with company guidelines.
• Assist customers with product usage and ordering through multichannel support (calls, email, chat, and SMS).
• Accurately document all customer contacts in English.
• Apply active listening and empathy to handle sensitive patients and situations.
• Follow defined procedures and scripts to ensure regulatory and safety standards.
