The role requires German (C1+) and English (C1) proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• German language at C1+ level
• English language at C1 level
• Experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate to Portugal
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple channels

Responsibilities

• Provide customer care and technical assistance for diabetes medical devices across multiple channels (calls, email, chat, SMS) and ensure accurate order management.
