The role requires fluent German (C1+) and strong English (C1), with relocation support available. You will be working in a modern Porto office, with onboarding and ongoing training provided by a multinational team.

Qualificações

• Fluent German (C1+) and strong English (C1)
• Experience in customer service, healthcare, or technical support is an advantage
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; organized and detail-oriented

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer care and technical assistance for diabetes medical devices, handling order management, troubleshooting, and multi-channel support while complying with procedures and safety standards.
