CloserHire is recruiting a German-speaking Medical Devices Support Advisor for a fully remote role in Portugal. You will provide empathetic and professional customer care and technical support for diabetes devices, supporting customers across multiple channels while managing orders and renewals.

The role requires German (C1+) and English (C1), prior customer service or healthcare experience is a plus, and the ability to work independently from Portugal in a remote setup.

Qualificações

• German (C1+) and English (C1) skills are required.
• Experience in customer service, healthcare, or technical support is an advantage.
• Knowledge of diabetes care or medical devices is a plus.
• Currently based in Portugal or willing to relocate to Portugal.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer care and technical assistance for diabetes medical devices.
• Deliver troubleshooting and technical support for medical devices and accessories.
• Assist customers with product usage across calls, email, chat and SMS.
• Manage order intake, renewals and related documentation in compliance with procedures.
• Follow scripts and procedures to ensure regulatory and safety standards.
