Job summary

CloserHire, in partnership with a global leader in diabetes technology, seeks German-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a fully remote position based in Portugal. You will assist customers with medical devices, handle orders and renewals, and provide empathetic, compliant support across calls, email, chat and SMS.

Requirements include fluent German (C1+) and strong English (C1+), with ability to cover multiple European markets.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1+) and strong English skills (C1).
• Ability to support multiple European markets simultaneously.
• Experience in customer service, healthcare, or technical support is an advantage.
• Knowledge of diabetes care or medical devices is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Stress management and ability to stay calm in urgent cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer care and technical assistance for diabetes medical devices, ensuring accurate order management.
• Deliver troubleshooting and technical support for medical devices and accessories.
• Assist customers with product usage across calls, email, chat and SMS channels.
• Manage order intake, renewals and related documentation in compliance with procedures.
