CloserHire is hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join a fully remote team based in Portugal. You will support customers using insulin delivery and diabetes technology with empathetic, professional assistance across calls, email, chat, and SMS.

Day-to-day duties include providing care and technical support for diabetes devices, managing orders and renewals, and guiding users through product usage while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service, healthcare, or technical support is advantageous.
• Knowledge of diabetes care or medical devices is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Currently based in Portugal or willing to relocate to Portugal.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer care and technical support for diabetes medical devices.
• Manage order intake, renewals, and related documentation.
• Assist customers via calls, email, chat, and SMS.
• Deliver troubleshooting and high-quality support for medical devices and accessories.
• Follow defined scripts and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
