Ignite in Portugal is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor to support patients and customers using diabetes care devices and services. This fully remote role welcomes candidates across Portugal and offers a competitive pay package and 14-pay year schedule.

You will handle inbound inquiries, troubleshoot basic device usage, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with team leaders to ensure compliance and service quality.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Dutch (written and spoken) and at least B2-level English for internal comms.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate, professional support to customers and patients via inbound calls, emails, and chat about diabetes care devices and supplies.
