Ignite is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor to join our remote team in Portugal. You will be the primary contact for patients and customers using diabetes care devices and related services, offering compassionate, accurate support via inbound channels.

The role requires fluent Dutch and strong English communication, with a focus on privacy, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration, all from a home-based setup across Portugal.

Qualificações

• Dutch native or fluent (written and spoken).
• English at least B2 for internal comms.
• Strong communication and listening skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient/customer support for diabetes care devices and services via calls, email, and chat.
• Guide users through product setup and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Manage customer profiles, orders and service requests with compliant records.
• Collaborate with team leaders and healthcare coordinators to ensure standards.
