Volkswagen Group Services in Portugal is growing its team with a Middle Contact Center Agent (Automotive Topics - German Speaker) for a fully remote project. The role involves handling customer inquiries across products and services, resolving complaints, and updating records in CRM systems.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least 2 years in customer care, native German or C1, English a plus, and familiarity with automotive industry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of previous work experience in as Customer Care Specialist or similar CSR role (preferred).
• Native-level German or minimum C1 proficiency (mandatory).
• Fluent in English (is a plus).
• Familiarity with the automotive industry (advantage).
• Experience using help desk software and remote support.
• Solid understanding of CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer inquiries about products and services across topics.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Processing inquiries via multichannel.
• Identifying customer needs and helping customers with features.
• Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions.
• Assisting in training new employees when requested by management.
• Updating internal databases with information about technical issues and discussions with customers.
• Informing customers about new features and functionalities.
