Volkswagen Group Services Portugal is hiring for a Contact Center Agent (Automotive Service - German Speaker) on a fully remote project. You will answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and update our databases while collaborating across channels.

German language at C1 level is mandatory; English is a plus. Prior contact center experience and familiarity with CRM systems are valued as you help customers with products and services for automotive topics.
