Volkswagen Group Services is seeking a Junior Contact Center Agent (German Speaker) for a fully remote project. You will provide customer support across channels, explaining features and resolving issues with AI-powered tools.

Native German (C1) and English are important, with automotive knowledge a plus. The role offers growth opportunities, training, and a collaborative, multicultural environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Service Center or similar (preferred).
• Native-level German or minimum C1 proficiency (mandatory).
• Fluency in English (is a plus).
• Familiarity with the automotive industry (considered an advantage).
• Experience using help desk software and remote support too.
• Solid understanding of CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
