Job summary

Quantivos is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to work fully remotely from Portugal. The role requires native or C1 German and English at B2 level, assisting customers with automotive and digital products across phone, chat and email channels.

You will document interactions in CRM systems and collaborate with the team to ensure excellent service. Relocation support may be available in select cases.

Your responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, chat and email.

• Stay up to date with the latest offers, policies and services.

Working schedule

• Monday to Sunday, following the German schedule.
• 24/7 rotational shifts.
• Two rotating days off per week.

Requirements

• Native German or C1 German proficiency.
• B2 English level.
• Knowledge of automotive and digital products is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good documentation and computer skills.
• Professional, enthusiastic and customer-oriented attitude.

Important:

This is a fully remote position. Candidates already residing in Portugal will be given preference. Relocation to Portugal may be supported in selected cases.
