Cloudheight Solutions in Portugal is seeking a German-speaking customer support specialist for a fully remote role.

You will support German-speaking customers via phone, email and chat, addressing account and billing questions while guiding users through the platform and escalating complex issues when needed. A fast-paced, customer-focused environment is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent German and English (C2) required.
• Customer support or contact centre experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with digital tools and fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent German and English (minimum C2).
• Previous experience in Customer Support or a Contact Centre is a plus.

• Comfortable using digital tools and technology.
• Customer-oriented, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Base Salary: €920
• Language Allowance: €500
• Fixed Bonus: €150
• Performance Bonus: up to €360
• Assiduity Allowance: €110
• Flex Work Allowance: €60

• Meal Allowance: €10.20 per working day
