Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to join an international team from Portugal. Work 100% remotely, handling inquiries via phone, chat and email for automotive and digital products.

You will troubleshoot issues, document resolutions in CRM systems and collaborate with colleagues to improve customer experience. Remote work from Portugal is available with relocation support in select cases.

Your responsibilities

Working schedule

• Monday to Sunday, following the German schedule.
