FH Collective - Academy is seeking a French-speaking Helpdesk Support Technician to join an international fintech support team. The role is fully remote with occasional Porto office attendance, and starts on 17 August or 14 September.

You will handle Level 3 technical support via phone, email and chat, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Private health insurance and a meal allowance are included.

Qualificações

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and good English (B2) required.
• Proven experience in Technical Support, Helpdesk, IT Support, or Application Support.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with MySQL, Slack, and Postman.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 3 technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex technical incidents escalated from lower support levels.
• Identify root causes for application-related issues and assist users with software troubleshooting.
• Follow established support workflows and maintain accurate customer records in internal systems.
• Identify recurring incidents and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and participate in ongoing training sessions.
