FH Collective Academy is seeking a French-speaking Helpdesk Support Technician to join an international support team for a French fintech company. The role is fully remote based in Porto, Portugal with quarterly in-person office attendance.

You will handle Level 3 technical issues across channels and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Start dates are 17 August or 14 September.

Qualificações

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and good English (B2).
• Proven experience in Technical Support/Helpdesk/IT Support/Applications Support.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with MySQL, Slack and Postman.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 3 technical support via phone, email and chat.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical incidents escalated from lower support levels.
• Identify root causes and assist users with software troubleshooting.
