FH Collective Academy is seeking a French-speaking Helpdesk Support Technician to join an international fintech support team. The role focuses on Level 3 technical support, troubleshooting complex application inquiries, and delivering a seamless customer experience from a fully remote base in Porto, Portugal.

The position starts on 17 August or 14 September and offers a monthly gross package of €1,306.66 plus a daily meal allowance, private health insurance from day one, and a 12-month contract

Qualificações

• Fluent French (C1/C2) with professional communication.
• Experience in technical or IT support roles.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and basic databases.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 3 technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex technical incidents escalated from lower support levels.
• Identify root causes for application-related issues and assist users with software troubleshooting.
• Follow established support workflows and maintain accurate customer records in internal systems.
• Identify recurring incidents and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and participate in ongoing training sessions.
