FH Collective Academy is seeking a French-speaking Helpdesk Support Technician to join an international fintech support team. The role is remote with quarterly office attendance in Porto. You will handle Level 3 technical issues via phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot complex inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Start dates: 17 August or 14 September. We offer a monthly gross salary of €1,306.66 plus €7 day meal allowance, private health

Qualificações

• Fluent French (C1/C2) with good English (B2).
• Experience in Technical Support or Helpdesk.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and basic database tools (MySQL).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 3 technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical incidents escalated from lower levels.
• Identify root causes and assist users with software troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems.
• Identify recurring incidents and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in ongoing training.
