FH Collective Academy is seeking a French-speaking Helpdesk Support Technician to join an international support team for a French fintech company. This role is fully remote with Porto, Portugal as the base and quarterly office attendance.

You will handle Level 3 technical issues via phone, email and chat, troubleshoot complex inquiries, and work with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. The package includes €1,306.66 gross per month plus €7 daily meal allowance, private

Qualificações

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and good English (minimum B2)
• Experience in Technical Support/Helpdesk/IT Support/Application Support
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with MySQL, Slack, and Postman
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset and team-oriented approach

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 3 technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex incidents escalated from lower support levels.
• Identify root causes for application-related issues and assist users with troubleshooting.
• Follow established support workflows and maintain accurate customer records in internal systems.
• Identify recurring incidents and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and participate in ongoing training sessions.
