FH Collective Academy currently seeks a French-speaking Helpdesk Support Technician to join an international fintech support team. The role is fully remote with Porto base; attendance at the office is required only quarterly. Start dates: 17 August or 14 September.

You will handle Level 3 technical issues via phone, email and chat, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents efficiently. We offer a competitive package of €1,306.66 gross per month plus a €7 daily meal allowance,

Qualificações

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and good English (B2)
• Proven experience in Technical Support, Helpdesk, IT Support, or Application Support
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with MySQL, Slack, and Postman
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset and team-oriented approach

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 3 technical support via phone, email, and chat
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex technical incidents escalated from lower support levels
• Identify root causes for application-related issues and assist users with software troubleshooting
• Follow established support workflows and maintain accurate customer records in internal systems
• Identify recurring incidents and suggest process improvements
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and participate in ongoing training sessions
