Hiring İnternational is seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative who is fluent in French and comfortable handling technical inquiries. The role is fully remote from Portugal, with occasional Porto office visits every 3 months, and a Monday-to-Friday schedule.

You will work with international customers, perform basic SQL checks, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver precise, high-quality support.

Qualificações

• Fluent or native French (C1–C2).
• English level at least B1–B2.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data checks and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working remotely with digital tools.
• Customer service or technical support experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support French-speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Handle technical and data-related inquiries, including basic SQL checks.
• Investigate issues, provide clear explanations, and resolve quickly.
• Collaborate with technical and internal teams to improve service quality.
• Document cases accurately and meet quality and KPI targets.
