FH Collective - Academy is seeking a French-speaking Helpdesk Support Technician to join our international fintech support team. The role is remote-based with Porto, Portugal operations and quarterly in-person office attendance.

Qualificações

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and good English (B2) required.
• Proven experience in Technical Support or Helpdesk.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and common collaboration tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 3 technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex technical incidents.
• Identify root causes and assist users with software troubleshooting.
