Job summary

CASAFARI is seeking a Customer Success professional fluent in French to onboard and support clients across Europe from Portugal. You will lead onboarding sessions, manage multi-channel communications, and work closely with product and sales teams to foster long-term relationships.

The role offers a fully remote, hybrid, or onsite path with international travel as needed, a competitive base plus bonus, and growth opportunities in a fast-growing PropTech environment.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in French and fluent English.
• Based in Portugal.
• 2+ years in Customer Success or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding sessions, workshops, and webinars.
• Support customers across tickets, email, and phone.
• Build relationships with customers across Europe and identify upsell opportunities.
• Gather feedback to improve products and processes.
• Train and support new team members in client agencies.
• Act as bridge between client needs and product team.
