smart-recruitments is hiring a French Technical Support Advisor to work 100% remotely from Portugal. You will assist French-speaking customers via phone, email and chat, provide technical guidance, and identify sales opportunities while promoting suitable products and services.

Required is fluent French and English (minimum C2) and prior sales experience. Join a dynamic, international team and deliver excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French and English at minimum C2.
• Previous sales experience is mandatory.
• Experience in technical support or contact centre is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to French-speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
• Identify customer needs and promote relevant products or services.
• Promote upgrades and additional solutions when appropriate.
• Handle account, billing and service-related enquiries.
• Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets.
