Cross Border Talents is hiring a French-speaking customer support specialist for a fully remote role based in Portugal. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, log interactions in CRM, and work toward high customer satisfaction.

You will support inbound sales, manage orders, and assist with post-sales requests while meeting quarterly sales goals. A relocation package and meal allowance are provided.

Qualificações

• Native/advanced French language skills (written and spoken).
• English at least B2 level.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming user requests via telephone, email, and chat.
• Log call details in CRM and provide responses within SLA.
• Assist with post-sales requests including deliveries, warranties, and refunds.
• Provide inbound sales support and promote products to increase revenue.
