Job summary

smart-recruitments is recruiting a French-Speaking Retention & Sales Advisor to join a leading Swiss telecommunications provider. This fully remote role is based in Portugal and targets retaining customers, spotting sales opportunities, and tailoring offers.

You'll handle inbound/outbound calls in French, work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment, and benefit from a language allowance, performance bonuses, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Fluent French and English at high proficiency.
• Experience in sales, retention, customer service, telesales or contact centres is valued.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with French-speaking customers.
• Retain customers considering cancellation or change of services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products, upgrades, and promotions.
• Promote additional services and cross-selling opportunities.
• Negotiate tailored solutions to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
• Build strong customer relationships with a consultative sales approach.
• Meet and exceed retention, sales, and quality targets.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience in every interaction.
