Topcon Positioning Group is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager Construction to grow the Construction Laser Tools business across Europe. You will lead regional sales activity, work with distributors, and identify new channels to expand market reach.

The role is remote, based in Europe, and requires a strong track record in sales leadership, technical insight, and strategic execution to drive revenue and distributor performance.

Qualifications

• Strong background in selling and sales management.
• Proven experience selling products and services directly to end users and through third-party distributors.
• 7–10 years of sales management experience within Construction Laser Tools or a related construction tech segment.
• In-depth understanding of the European mass distribution market, including regulatory frameworks, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Experience managing a team of product sales specialists.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Construction Laser Tools business area, overseeing regional sales activity and supporting revenue growth.
• Work with specialist team members to support local Topcon sales teams and nominated distributors.
• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen Construction Laser Tools knowledge across Topcon sales teams and distributor partners.
• Provide technical and commercial expertise during customer negotiations, product demonstrations, and sales opportunities across the region.
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to maximize market share and ensure customer needs are fully understood and addressed.
• Identify strategic partnerships with organizations, institutions, software partners, and other channels that can expand market reach and create new business opportunities.
