Qualifications

• 7–10 years of sales management experience in construction laser tools or related field.
• Proven experience selling to end users and through distributors.
• Strong leadership and people management skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Construction Laser Tools business area, overseeing regional sales activity and supporting revenue growth.
• Work with specialist team members to support local Topcon sales teams and nominated distributors.
• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen Construction Laser Tools knowledge across Topcon sales teams and distributor partners.
• Provide technical and commercial expertise during customer negotiations, product demonstrations, and sales opportunities across the region.
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to maximize market share and ensure customer needs are fully understood and addressed.
• Identify strategic partnerships with organizations, institutions, software partners, and other channels that can expand market reach and create new business opportunities.
