Topcon Positioning Group is seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager Construction – Laser Tools to drive growth across Europe. The role focuses on expanding distribution channels, strengthening distributor performance, and leveraging technical expertise to win opportunities in the Construction Laser Tools segment.

The successful candidate will lead regional sales activities, work with distributors and internal teams, and identify new channels to maximize market share in the EMEA

Qualifications

• Strong background in selling and sales management.
• 7–10 years of sales management experience within Construction Laser Tools or related segment.
• Experience selling to end users and through third‑party distributors.
• Deep understanding of the European mass distribution market and regulatory frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop Construction Laser Tools business across Europe, driving revenue growth.
• Support Topcon sales teams and distributors with strategic guidance and product knowledge.
• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen distributor performance and knowledge.
• Provide technical and commercial support during customer negotiations and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize market share and address customer needs.
• Identify partnerships to expand market reach and create new opportunities.
