Job summary

Topcon Positioning Group in Europe is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager Construction – Laser Tools Distribution to drive growth across Europe. The role emphasizes leadership of regional sales, support for distributors, and development of new distribution channels in EMEA.

You will combine sales leadership, technical knowledge, and market expertise to empower regional teams, enhance distributor performance, and expand market reach with laser tools across the European mass

Qualifications

Strong background in selling and sales management.
Experience selling to end users and through third-party distributors.
8–10 years of sales leadership within Construction Laser Tools or related tech.
Deep understanding of the European mass distribution market and regulatory context.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop the Construction Laser Tools business area, overseeing regional sales activity.
Support local Topcon sales teams and nominated distributors.
Develop strategies to strengthen knowledge across Topcon sales teams and distributors.
Provide technical and commercial expertise during negotiations, product demonstrations, and opportunities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize market share and address customer needs.
Identify strategic partnerships to expand market reach and create new opportunities.
