Cross Border Talents in Covilhã, Portugal, is looking for an English-speaking Technical Support Specialist to resolve software, network and device issues by phone and remote session. You will listen carefully to the symptoms, narrow down the probable cause and walk the customer through a logical sequence of checks until the problem is solved or passed to the right team.

Formación

• Fluent English at C1 level or higher.
• Basic IT knowledge of operating systems, networks and devices.
• Troubleshooting experience and a methodical approach.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve software, network and device issues by phone and remote session.

• Document case history in ticketing system for future reference.
