Cross Border Talents is hiring a Dutch speaker for a fully remote role supporting a major European road tolling system. You will provide customer support, assist logistics companies, and handle toll-related inquiries. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers competitive compensation and benefits, including health insurance from day one, performance bonuses, and a Portuguese employment contract with a 12-month initial term.

Qualificações

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Comfortable with rotational shift work including weekends.
• Experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat remotely.
• Assist logistics companies with toll system queries.
• Guide customers in ordering and activating onboard units.
• Handle payment inquiries and ensure accurate data entry.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
