Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking individual for a remote customer support role based in Portugal. You will assist logistics operators and drivers with toll-related services in a multinational environment. The role emphasizes customer support, operational processes, and compliance. You need excellent English communication skills and the ability to work independently. The compensation ranges from €1,463 to €1,585 gross monthly, with benefits including health insurance and a meal allowance.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English at B2 level or higher.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist logistics companies and drivers with queries.
• Support registration and onboarding processes.
• Guide customers in ordering and activating units.
• Handle payment inquiries and debt communication.
• Ensure accurate data entry and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
