Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch speaker (C2 or higher) for a remote customer support role assisting logistics companies with toll-related services. The position offers flexibility for part-time or full-time work from Portugal, supporting a major European tolling system. Responsibilities include customer support via various channels and collaborating with teams to enhance service quality. Compensation ranges from €1,463 to €1,585 gross/month, with benefits including health insurance, meal allowance, and performance-based bonuses.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
• Comfortable with rotational shift work (including weekends until 30/06/2026).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat from a remote setup.
• Assist logistics companies and drivers with toll system queries.
• Support registration and onboarding processes.
• Guide customers in ordering and activating onboard units.
• Handle payment inquiries and debt communication cases.
• Ensure accurate data entry and documentation.
• Support revenue collection and service-related processes.
• Maintain service quality and compliance standards.

Conhecimentos

Fluent English (minimum B2 level required)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently
