Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support agent for a remote role based in Portugal. This position supports critical logistics and tolling operations in a multinational project in the Netherlands. Candidates should have strong English skills, communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently. The role offers a gross monthly salary ranging from €1,463 to €1,585, complemented by meal allowances and health insurance from day one. Flexible work options include part-time and full-time positions, backed by a Portuguese contract.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English, must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in customer support is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist logistics companies and drivers with toll queries.
• Handle payment inquiries and documentation.
