Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch speaker to join their remote team in Portugal. This role involves providing customer support for a major European road tolling project, assisting logistics operators and drivers with various inquiries. Ideal candidates will be fluent in English and possess strong communication and customer service skills. The position offers a flexible work model (part-time/full-time), health insurance, bonuses, and a starting monthly package of approximately €1,463 – €1,585 gross. Qualificações

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with rotational shift work including weekends.
• Experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist logistics companies and drivers with toll system queries.
• Guide customers in ordering and activating onboard units.
• Handle payment inquiries and debt communication cases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.

Conhecimentos

Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
