Ignite in Portugal is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support specialist to assist customers using our diabetes management solutions. You will provide guidance, technical support, and reassurance to users, via phone, email, and live chat.

This remote, full-time role requires residency in Portugal, a quiet workspace, reliable internet, and a patient, empathetic mindset. Base pay is EUR 1,100 gross per month with a 150 EUR attendance bonus and a 2,000 signing bonus paid over the first year, plus

Qualificações

• Fluent or native Dutch with working English (B2) for training and internal tools.
• Experience in customer support or call center environments.
• Strong communication and empathy with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers via phone, email, and live chat regarding diabetes care items and account management.
• Troubleshoot device functionality and guide users through setup with calm and clear instructions.
• Log interactions in the CRM system, maintaining data confidentiality and security.
• Collaborate with teammates to raise service benchmarks and maintain a positive culture.
