Ignite in Portugal is seeking a dedicated Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor to support patients and customers using diabetes care devices and services from a home office.

You will handle inbound calls, emails and chat with empathy, troubleshoot basic issues, and update records while ensuring data privacy and compliance within a multinational team.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Dutch (written and spoken) with at least B2 English for internal communication and training.
• Residency in Portugal with legal authorization to work (remote setup).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patience.
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and CRM tools.
• A quiet home office with reliable high-speed internet.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate support to customers and patients via inbound calls, emails, and chat.
• Guide users through product setup and troubleshoot basic device issues.
• Update customer profiles, manage order queries, and maintain records.
