Ignite. is seeking a dedicated Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor to support patients and customers using diabetes care devices and related services from a remote home-based setup across Portugal.

In this role you will handle inbound calls, emails, and chat, document updates to customer records, and collaborate with quality teams to maintain high service standards, privacy, and accuracy.

Qualificações

• Hireable Dutch-speaking candidate residing in Portugal with English for internal use.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy and patience.
• Tech-savvy and able to navigate multiple systems while supporting patients.
• Remotely based in Portugal with a quiet home office setup.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate support to customers and patients via inbound calls, emails, and chat.
• Guide users through product setup and troubleshoot basic device issues.
• Update customer profiles and manage orders with accurate records.
• Collaborate with team leaders and QA to meet standards and privacy regulations.
• Handle sensitive health inquiries with discretion and care.
