Ignite is hiring a Dutch-speaking remote customer support specialist in Portugal. You will assist customers with diabetes management solutions, handle inquiries, and provide clear guidance via phone, email, and chat.

A friendly, patient approach and strong data—privacy awareness—are essential. The role offers a base salary of EUR 1,100 gross/month (14 payments), plus a EUR 150 monthly attendance bonus, EUR 2,000 signing bonus paid across 12 months, and EUR 7.63 daily meal vouchers.

Qualificações

• Fluent or native Dutch, plus English B2 for training and tools.
• Strong empathy and communication skills are essential.
• Experience in remote customer support is a plus.

Responsabilidades
