Job summary

CloserHire is partnering with a leading global fintech platform to recruit a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor for a remote role based in Lisbon, Portugal. You will assist customers with payments and wallet inquiries across phone, chat, and email, delivering clear, empathetic support in Dutch and English.

The ideal candidate has Dutch fluency (C2) and strong English, with at least 1 year in customer service and a meticulous, remote-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Dutch language fluency (C2) and strong command of English (B2+)
• Minimum 1 year in customer service, hospitality, retail or similar environments
• Experience in fintech or internet-based companies is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email in Dutch
• Log and track interactions in the CRM system
• Troubleshoot payment and account issues related to digital wallet products
• Offer clear, timely resolutions with professionalism and empathy
• Ensure compliance with procedures and service standards
