CloserHire is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor to work remotely from Portugal. You will handle customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, chat, and email, log interactions in the CRM, and resolve payment-related issues for fintech services.

Ideal candidates will have C2 Dutch and strong English (B2+), with at least 1 year in customer service. The role includes 14 salaries per year and a Complexity Bonus, with fully remote work from anywhere in Portugal.

Competenze

• Fluent in Dutch at C2 level and proficient in English (B2+).
